The following pages contain poems written by me between 1991 and 2006.

These poems have grown with me through the years and reflect times of pain, hunger, growth and contemplation.

I have discovered that at times when I feel that I cannot fully articulate my feelings, I have found poetry to be one of my only tools for communicating.

Poetry helps me discover things about myself and the world that surrounds me.

By delving into my subconscious, ripping out my soul and laying it down on a piece of paper,
I discover the truth about me.
