I am
a 9 year old, female,
Blue Fronted Amazon. My name is the Hawaiian word for Wind. I currently have a vocabulary of over 20 words including, "Peek-a-Boo," "Be a good bird," "Kani Loves Her Fish!" and "I love you." I love to have baths and then sit in the sunshine and preen myself. I also like to sing about what a good, pretty girl I am. And I like to serenade my fish with a song I've composed filled with sounds of running water and popping bubbles. I'm pretty clever, and the fish seem to like it. Thanks Dad, for giving my fishy friends a nice new home! My favorite toy is anything that has a bell. When I play with my bells, I hang from them and ding them until I'm all dinged out! Did you know that Blue Fronted Amazons are native to regions in the Amazon rainforests of Bolivia and Argentina? I've never been there myself, but I bet it's pretty nice.
