anyone practicing psi-ball making know if you can "drop" a psi-ball?

Would you mind explaining what a "psi-ball" is? I have no clue, but would be interested in learning!

I do an energy-working exercise with groups that involves forming a "ball" of energy, then passing it around the circle. I have them practice adding things to the ball (emotional "flavorings", if you will) to see if others can sense what was added. It's a fun thing to do with your magickal friends, and a good training exercise.

I've had people call these "psy-balls" before, although it's not a term I use. Is this what you mean?

If it is what you mean, I've never had anyone "drop" one. You can make the ball heavy or light, sticky or slippery, happy or sad, etc... but it's usually passed from hand to hand. I've played "catch" with energy balls before, but it never even occurred to me that the energy wouldn't go exactly where thrown.

Hmmm... why? Have you been dropping your balls lately?

just so you know summer ray a psi (psy?) ball is a ball of emotional energy that you create by channeling your energy into a ball between your hands. although i have never tried, i have heard that you can turn them into puddles of water or fires. go to google and search psi-balls and click on the first link they have a good explanation there

Thanks for the info, I'll be sure to research it. I have done similiar excercises, but nothing quite like it's description.

Hi i'm new here and i found this topic on a google search. I am a medaki trainer,so if you want any help on making energy balls (psi balls) just ask.

There is a way of focussing energy, creating a force field between your hands, that can be absorbed by another person... It is the untrained way of reiki, I believe, the pure, raw, natural magic.

But I do not believe in good or bad energy. There is just energy, a positive and a negative pole, just like with a battery.. By all laws, energy moves between poles.

Ofcource, this magic can be used to aid people in healing, because the body recieves extra energy and therefor can use more to heal more rapidly, but I do not think one can put emotions in energy.

(Even though there is more to it, and there are links.. Take empathics, which is the sensation of other people's emotions, by feeling a pattern in the electromagnetic field of a person, or, on greater distances, sensing an electromagnetic wavelength... But energy itself is just energy, I believe)

pardon me but, how exactly do you do it? how can you get the energy to your hands in the shape of a ball and where does the energy come from in the first place? intent? concentration? what type of energy are we talking about?

In studying phisics over the years, I learned that everything, living or not, has some type of energy. A book sitting on a table has potential energy that when pushed off turns into energy of movement (excuse my strange wording, I studied all of this in spanish), which when it combusts from friction turns into energy in the form of heat. Now that's the scientific explanation of three types of energy. I beleive there are more types of energy: spiritual... etc. The world is constructed of energy with some matter in there, which is ultimately made out of energy. I also think that every last type of energy, or flow of energy can be manipulated by the human psyche, or mind, or whatever it is that you beleive magick comes from.... so, does that make sense?
