Photo © Mercy :::My friend and I went to Niagara Falls with her mother for a girls weekend out. On the day we were leaving we all went to get tattoos. She went to a place called Way Cool Tattoos, nice place, but really expensive. :::She got what she wanted but I couldn't find anything I liked. She kept trying to rush me by saying, "Just pick something already." I finally got annoyed with her and flat out told her, "Look, this thing is going to be on me for the rest of my life, I'm damn well going to make sure I like it." Had to laugh because the owner of the shop nodded at that and said, "Geeze, finally someone with a brain." :::Anyhow, to make a long story short, I didn't get tattooed there, I went to a different place down the street, saw the dolphin, fell in love and got it done. It really hurt, I bled, and the aftercare was a real tough time. I don't heal quickly to begin with and it just didn't want to get better. :::It's fine now; looks really good. Got a laugh out of my son, because when it started to heal and got all itchy he'd watch me put the lotion on and go, Hurt, mom? Hurt?
